In 2003, still at the Metá:fora project, Daniel Padua wrote the “Nartisan Manifesto” (contraction of networks’ artisan, or craftsman of networks). An emerging philosophy of social action, the manifesto mentions the awakening as the time to act on its own, to realize that the instruments to weave the net were conquered for a long time but are now offered as a form of control.
